Hydropower projects have the characteristics of large scale,tight construction period and complicated construction environment,which brought many challenges to the management of the construction process.By introducing the relevant concepts of BIM and GIS into the project management mode of hydropower project construction period,BIM/GIS data deep interoperability and integration were realized,based on the key technology research including BIM/GIS model analysis and data conversion,model weight reduction and load scheduling,component-attribute bidirectional link and so on;at the same time,a parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm based on self-learning mechanism(SLP-PSO)was proposed through the research of particle subgroup optimization algorithm and engineering multi-objective problem optimization problem.A establishment and optimization of the multi-objective model for the quality-cost-schedule of hydropower projects were realized.Finally,using the above theoretical method,a multi-objective dynamic optimization management platform for hydropower project construction period based on BIM+GIS was developed.As a collaborative platform for multi-participant and multi-disciplinary use,fine control of factors in the construction process of hydropower projects was realized,including schedule,quality,cost,etc.And efficient and smooth collaborative platform and accurate and reasonable decision support were provided to hydropower project managers.The specific research work is summarized as follows:(1)The“BIM+GIS”integrated application concept was introduced into the project management field of hydropower engineering construction period.Firstly,it introduces the project management theory of hydropower engineering construction period,expounds the theoretical content from the three aspects of management connotation,management mode and management trend.Secondly,it introduces the content of BIM and GIS application in project management during construction period of hydropower engineering,and emphasizes their application characteristics and advantages respectively.Finally,the application advantages and significance of BIM+GIS integration in project management of hydropower project construction period are expounded,in order to solve the problems of serious information loss in the management process,inefficient work of all parties,and insufficient information sharing,etc.(2)The key technologies and implementation methods of BIM/GIS heterogeneous data source fusion and visualization display were studied from three aspects including model data analysis,model loading,model and business information binding.By studying IFC/3dtile model analysis and data conversion,model lightweight display and load scheduling,bidirectional link of build and attribute based on BatchID,the deep fusion of BIM/GIS data,model lightweight loading scheduling and the linkage binding query of model components and business attribute information were realized.(3)A parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm based on self-learning mechanism(SLP-PSO)and the method and specific process for solving multi-objective optimization problems in hydropower engineering construction period were proposed.Firstly,the standard particle subgroup algorithm was studied from four points: parameter value,algorithm flow,improved optimization and experimental analysis.Introducing the parallel library and self-learning concept,a parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm based on self-learning mechanism(SLP-PSO)was proposed,and the mathematical model was used to verify its optimization performance.Secondly,the multi-objective optimization model of progress-cost-quality under hydropower engineering construction period was established.Finally,the optimization algorithm was used to solve the model and its feasibility was verified by actual data of the engineering.(4)Based on the Cesium,which is a open-source 3D-visible GIS platform,the BIM application was integrated into the GIS platform,and a multi-objective dynamic optimization control platform was developed for hydropower project construction based on “BIM+GIS” and it was applied to a hydropower engineering.
