Research On Micro Course Of Information Category In Command And Control Specialty Based On Ontology

At present, the traditional teaching mode of troop's distance network education, like TV University and Correspondence University, is unable to meet the noncommissioned officers' job requirements that demand new skilled talent. In accordance with the development of new military combat units and the demand on the training of new military talents, efforts must be made in the development, integration and restructure of traditional subjects and specialties in military academies, while constructing those close to information based combat and exercise with the aim to keep perfecting the teaching mechanism of noncommissioned officers' postoriented education. Command and Control major in military colleges which chiefly cultivates noncommissioned officers focuses principally on single subject in distance network teaching and professional disciplines website, as a result that the shared resources is low, and it lacks similar knowledge and interdisciplinary relation with other discipline. In this thesis, the course ontology of Command and Control major was constructed to make the recourses shared in this academic domain by making use of the ontology technology. Also, the Micro Course group in Command and Control domain was established. The main works are as follows:The method to construct the course ontology in Command and Control domain was designed. Having studied, researched and compared the existing construction methods of ontology in certain military academic field, the seven steps of ontology construction method were used as guidance to conclude the course ontology development methods suitable for this major by considering the basic principal of ontology design. The analysis, design, realization, evaluation and maintenance stage of ontology construction was experienced.The Micro Course group of information discipline in Command and Control major based on ontology was designed. Course standard and personnel cultivation project of core courses and fundamental courses of information discipline in Command and Control major were analyzed. The need analysis of the Micro Course group of information discipline was made in terms of its integrality, practicability and reliability of system function, and the overall design was made for making sure its whole design objective and functional construction. The characteristic of related courses was compared and contrasted to structure the knowledge system of this subject. The detailed design instruction of database, video module, search module and evaluation module of Micro Course group was illustrated.The Micro Course group of information discipline in Command and Control major was developed and realized. Emphasis was placed on the description of the course recourse construction of Micro Course group of information discipline in Command and Control major through making sure the requirements of course arrangement, the design and operation of Micro Course's content and the establishment of Micro video rule. The current techniques of HTML5 were applied to the development of the Micro Course group of information discipline in this major.Protégé was used to construct Ontology in the Micro Course group of information discipline of this major. Trough applying it into operation, the online study system is implemented and tested, which shows that cadets' ability to master and apply knowledge points was effectively improved. The network of online auxiliary teaching system is promoted. The support for the underlying knowledge base of troops' various distances teaching system is provided.
