This thesis aims to deeply investigate the noninvasive transient temperature measurement by the saturation magnetization-temperature curve of ferromagnetism material, and on this basis to build the experimental platform, at the same time a complete set of measurement system is designed. The saturation magnetiztion of ferromagnetism material has a linear relationship with temperature, so we can obtain the temperature information by detecting the surrounding magnetic field that changes with the temperature. The algorithm and system is of great significance in fields such as thermology theory research, laser medicine, material processing and military industry. The main content of this dissertation is as following:Firstly, this thesis introduces the temperature measurement based on Langevin model that uses superparamagnetism, then describes the characteristics and advantages of ferromagnetic materials compared to magnetic nanoparticles on transient temperature measurement, and analyzes the saturation magnetization-temperature model of ferromagnetic materials. And on the basis of this puts forward the specific measurement method that applied to transient temperature measuring.Secondly, this thesis sets up a transient temperature measuring experimental platform based on the method that proposed previous, which including pulse laser as the heat source, Ni thin film as the sensitive element, detecting coils that transfer magnetic signal into electrical signal, circuit module that amplify and denoising signal, vibration isolation platform and shielding layer, DAQ that receive and store the datas. Then design a software system of intelligent acquisition, signal processing, temperature inversion, optimize storage based on Labview.Finally, this thesis conducts some experiments with thermocouple and photodiode on the transient temperature measurement system, as a result, the feasibility was verified and the temperature measurement of microsecond was achieved.
