| The number and the average of existing rural buildings in China is huge. Statistics shows rural people has reached nearly 0.618 billion, accouting for 45.23% of the whole until 2014. The overall gross area is 27.8 billion square metres and most of them don’t use energy saving technology. As the development of rural economy, the demand for building energy increases rapidly. Existing rural buildings waste resources and destroy environment, which hardly meets the need of living function and quality. So it’s urgent to conduct green retrofitting and set up evaluation method to promote new rural construction.The present evaluation standards of green buildings are almost for urban buildings.Due to the special region features, habit and custom, building method and condition of technology and economy of rural buildings, its evaluation standard differs a lot from urban buildings. Blind application of urban standard will cause match problems.The thesis firstly analyses assessment standard related to green building and retrofitting at home and abroad, builds function index of Chinese green rural building retrofitting. Then designed calculation tool will help rapidly get the score of function to decide the star level of the building and offer the way to improve its function indexes. Secondly, it estimates benefit evaluation model based on VE. Then the value coefficient will be provided through the calculation of function and cost coefficient. At last, it conducts green retrofitting benefit evaluation of rural buildings based on retrofitting function and benefit.The thesis takes an adobe and Yinxing Shanzhuang in Yanhe as examples. It concludes the function of the adobe houses before and after retrofitting is 28.74 and 56.07. The later is one-star level. The value is 0.74 and 1.22 respectively. Yinxing Shanzhuang’s function is 38.14 and 67.93 with their value of 0.8 and 1.16. It shows that benefit of rural houses based on function and cost have obviously increased after retrofitting. |
