The harmonious rural communities not only to focus on growth of the scale of building, more should pay attention to the quality of life of residents live. This article only with focus on rural communities’house, focuses on efforts to improve rural living environment of a green rural housing construction mode, in order to achieve sustainable development in the construction of new rural communities.Rural communities have been built from the research situation, the lack of overall planning, the relevant departments of convergence is not enough, resulting in some rural communities have been built, there are some problems. Mainly in the first, the lack of unified planning, serious waste of land resources, building layout is unreasonable, insufficient emphasis on the principles of sustainable development; Second, too much copying the design concept of urbanization, neglect of rural functional requirements, ignoring the housing problem of the aging population generated; Third, the housing structure on the ability to resist natural disasters, lack of consideration; then there are insufficient supervision of construction materials selection, and insufficient use of building energy-saving technologies. So researches on the construction mode of Green Rural Housing in Shandong to optimize new community building become an important strategy for the rural communities.This thesis is based in Jinan, Tai’an, Laiwu, Jining, Dezhou, Zibo, Shandong Province and other non-coastal western regions for the study, and collectively,"LuZhong regions". Combined with the geographical features of Shandong Province, the economic situation, stabling for LuZhong regions’ rural communities construction site, building layout, house design, renewable energy utilization survey analysis, And through ECOTECT, BEED and other building energy simulation software to simulate the geographical and architectural analysis, to explore the green building technology is applicable to LuZhong regions in Shandong Province, rural community of residential, On the basis of field research and data analysis, combined with the sustainable development of green building design, site from the community, building layout, building shape, building orientation and spacing, community environment, architecture and facade, building envelope, building materials, building structures, renewable energy and other multi-pronged approach, propose a mode of Green Rural Housing in rural communities of LuZhong regions for the new community building rapid development of rural areas in Shandong Province to provide reference.In this paper, also for the new residential construction in rural communities long-term planning of the construction of two modes, that housing industrialization mode and passive house mode. As the state of the energy and GHGs emission reduction requirements more stringent, residents of residential living comfort increasingly high demand, future residential construction is bound to transition, and the housing industrialization mode and passive house mode must be future direction of development of Green Rural Housing.
