Research On The Green Full Evaluation And Progressive Transformation Of Existing Residences In Guanzhong Rural Area

In Chinese rural areas, there are a large number of residences that need the green transformation because of quality, structure, function, energy saving, comfort and other reasons. The rural existing residences green full evaluation is still blank in the current evaluation system and the rural transformation has a lot of blindness. Therefore, this article undertook preliminary analysis on both residences green full evaluation and improvement of progressive problem in Guanzhong rural area, so as to solve practical problems in the rural transformation.The existing residential green full evaluation not only includes green rating of the former transformation, but also includes satisfaction evaluation of transformation and after transformation. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes a comprehensive evaluation system for residential transformation at home and abroad, including contrast with its system indicators, the weight calculation, the impact factors of the evaluation methods and evaluation features. Combining with Guanzhong rural status, this paper establishes the green full evaluation system which is suitable to the existing residences of Guanzhong rural area and can determine the necessity and the direction of transformation through the system. Then, it proposes a new view from a new perspective that the farmers’ satisfaction can be used to evaluate the success of the existing residential transformation. The entire satisfaction evaluation goes with the whole process of the residential transformation, and there will be a final evaluation to make the transformation achieve the best results when the transformation finished. In order to promote the farmers’ enthusiasm for the green transformation of the existing residences, this paper establishes an incentive system that farmers are the main participators and their development has played a positive role in promoting. At the same time, this article also makes an analysis on the progressive transformation of the existing residences. It proposes the concept of progressive transformation on the affordability of the villagers in rural areas, residential status and the different levels of the required transformation, so that people who are within their capabilities can make the modest transformation in the process of transformation.This paper study on Guanzhong rural area through field research and study, combining with the existing residential transformation theory and method, green residential evaluation system at home and abroad and the characteristics of rural areas, we try to find a way which is suitable to the residential green transformation in rural areas, and ultimately establish a residential green full evaluation system. We hope the establishment of the evaluation system can provide help to residential green transformation of Guanzhong rural area in the future and promote the development and improvement of the corresponding theory.
