| As the crucial part of railway project,railway station construction is featured by sophistication、serious pollution and inefficient production. By ways of prefabrication and workflow alteration, modular construction as a way of industrialized thinking has revolutionized traditional construction industry,which leads to higher requirements for project schedule control. Nevertheless, previous system of time control and plan management collides with this brand new construction approach.. Hence, grasping ideology of modular construction and ameliorating schedule management of railway station project have become an urging issue in the construction industry.The following conclusions are drawn:1、Refines modular standards to conduct modular distinction, and identifies modular construction part of railway station project which uses upen cut method;2 、 From the perspective of organizational structure, personnel duties of modular construction are specified through establishment of responsibility matrix; using U/C matrix to divide modular construction flow, thus highlighting control objectives and tasks;on the basis of information technology,this thesis proposes physical and conceptual model of railway station modular construction schedule management,laying theoretical foundation for development of integrated management system.3、Designs BIM and RFID based solution to guide schedule control of railway project modular construction and uses prototyping software Axure-rp to visualize schedule control process.This thesis proposed modular standards to subway station modularization, which helps guides practice of subway construction. Designed solution of schedule control not only provides certain reference for practical modular construction project, but also further promote the penetration of modular thinking in the construction sector. |
