In our country, the development of the railroading project has been deeply restrained by the low management level and the obvious phenomenon of the schedule that out of control. The research on the schedule control system of whole railroading project aims to improve the construction management level of today's railroading project in our country. Therefore, this paper is of important realistic significance to the large-scale railway construction.Firstly, the study level of the system and outside and inside our country is illustrated, pointing out the problems and reasons of railroading project construction inside our country, pointing out that railway construction of four major rail control without relevance, no authenticity of the progress data, no accuracy of forecasting period, the failure of supervision is the current commissioner of the main problems. Secondly, the paper detailed the method and the theoretical based enveloping the system, establishing models of progress data automatically generation from inspection lot data, relation among schedule progress and investment and material supplies, visual schedule progress based on construction plans, closed-loop management of schedule progress. Meanwhile, this paper studied the standardization and source of schedule data which relates closely with schedule control. Finally, this paper elaborates the design and construction methods on management information system of railway construction schedule control.The paper finally expatiate characteristic of JingYiHuo railroad and the application of the whole railroading project schedule controlling system in the JingYiHuo railroading project. Practice has proven that the management information system of railway construction schedule control is feasible and effective.
