In the detailed design of machining process for aero-engine,problems such as difficulty in date management and reusing resource,low generated efficiency of process file,etc.can result by the characteristics of process as wide variety,large amount of information,frequent change.According to the practical requirements of an aero-engine manufacturing enterprise,the thesis conducts in-depth research in management,integration and publishing technology of process information,and a software system for machining process management of aero-engine parts is developed.The standardization level of process information management is improved in the processing detailed design,and the efficiency and quality of process planning publishing are promoted.The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Different kinds of machining process information are analyzed and concluded.Manufacturing process resource information model,process parameters information model,technological process information model are established,and procedural model of process management is established on the basis of above-mentioned information model.(2)Creation method and version management of manufacturing sort repository in the PLM system is research.Present the data management mode of technical process information,and finishes the database table designing to realize unified management and maintenance of process information.(3)Aiming at problems of heavy task and inefficiency when enterprise choices machining parameter by manual and experience,the paper establish mathematics model of machining parameter optimization,realize optimization of machining parameter by genetic algorithm and develop corresponding module to promote efficiency and accuracy of process planning designing.(4)Method of integration is researched on account of XML to extract the process information from database.Propose using 3D PDF to display the relevant content of procedure card and design visual template of 3D process planning.Expound the generation flow of 3D process planning publishing file and give a instance of publishing file for a aero-engine part.(5)With using Teamcenter secondary development technology,a system which called information management of mechanical process and planning publishing in 3D for aero-engine parts is developed.With examples verify the system.
