In recent years, China's industrial enterprises energy consumption share continued to account for about 70%, to reduce industrial energy consumption is the focus of the work of energy-saving emission reduction. Through the establishment and improvement of energy management system and the implementation of effective energy management, enterprises can be energy-saving 8% to 25% without the need for additional investment. However, the construction of energy management system has met with some problems in the implementation in China. In order to solve the above problems, this paper attempts to introduce the theory " Synergetic of material flow, energy flow and information flow” into the research of energy management system. This paper tries to improve industrial enterprise energy management system, and make it more systematic, comprehensive, scientific. This paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the energy performance of industrial enterprises.The "Synergetic of three flows” is briefly introduced in this paper, at first. Through the four aspects of correlation analysis of " Synergetic of three flows” theory and energy management system, in two aspects of theory and practice, analysis of the reality of the situation of energy management system, and contradiction analysis, this paper discusses the feasibility of " Synergetic of three flows " theory in the energy management system.This paper analysis the industrial enterprise system based on theory "Synergetic of three flows", including material flow subsystem analysis, energy flow subsystem analysis and information flow system analysis. Energy management organization framework is built based on the requirement of energy management system.Combined with the new research achievements of system engineering theory, identification method of the energy management system order parameter is given in this paper. Evaluation model of material flow, energy flow and information flow is improved in this paper, and characteristics of the model is analyzed. Finally, the above theory is applied in the ceramics enterprise, and the practicality and the science of the theory is tested by simulated the practical scene.The theory Synergetic of material flow, energy flow and information flow is introduced to energy management system by the establishment of synergism optimization mechanism in energy management system. The theoretical support of the energy management system is expanded, and the mathematical model and its connotation of the theory Synergetic of material flow,energy flow and information flow is enriched.
