As the constructional engineering being relevant to people's daily lives, its quality is always a focus extensively concerned. Construction phase is the formation stage of constructional engineering's quality. Once it causes quality accidents which are from the construction process can not smoothly produce to personnel injury and property's heavy losses, and the inconvenience for the users of the construction products in a long time. Traditional construction quality management can not be able to make accurate evaluation for the qualitative quality influential factors in the process of quality control, and can not timely find the problem and objectively evaluate the quality risk, so that quality control bias toward passive management, goal and direction lacking the focus. So studying the adaptive method of quality risk assessment has significant meaning for timely assessing the project construction quality risk and finding out the risk point of construction quality to ensure the engineering quality control with a purpose.Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity of building engineering construction quality risk assessment. Through studying the quality control theory, the paper introduces the concept of building engineering construction quality and risk. And through comparing building engineering construction quality assessment methods, it focuses on the study on the construction project risk identification method and risk evaluation method. Secondly, combining the characteristics of construction engineering quality, and analyzing from the factors influencing construction project quality, the common man, material, machine, method and environment(4M1E), the paper forms a construction quality risk evaluation index system, and further establishes building engineering construction quality risk evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally, it conducts an empirical study of Rongfa Huadu residential building project of Weinan County, Fuping city in Shaanxi province. By using the fuzzy AHP evaluation model to analyze the data and evaluate the construction quality, the result is basically in line with the actual situation of the project, indicating that the method is feasible.By using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis evaluation model analyze the data and evaluate the construction quality, this provides scientific basis for construction quality control measures, which is conducive to improve the construction quality of building engineering.
