The construction of rural power grid is the cornerstone of the steady development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It plays an important role in boosting the improvement of rural production and living standards,accelerating the solution of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and realizing the effective integration of urban and rural areas.In recent years,with the strong support of the state,more and more investment has been made in the rural power grid reconstruction project.But at present,there are more or less some factors that affect the quality of the project in the rural power grid project,and these factors bring hidden dangers to people’s demand for electricity in the future.Based on the theory of engineering quality,risk management and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper is oriented to improve quality and efficiency,and based on the characteristics of rural power grid project,such as wide site,long construction period,large investment,complex natural environment and difficult construction technology organization,etc.This paper evaluates and studies the risk factors that may affect the quality of rural power grid project in the four stages of project initiation,bidding,construction and completion.The research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The concept of improving quality and efficiency and rural power grid engineering is introduced,and the related theories of quality management,project quality management and risk management are elaborated;Combined with the characteristics of rural power grid engineering and the characteristics of quality risk of rural power grid engineering,using Delphi method,this paper analyzes the risk factors affecting the quality in the four stages of project initiation,bidding,construction and completion.(2)By issuing questionnaires and using entropy weight method to determine the weight of each risk index at each stage,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out to establish the quality risk factor evaluation system of rural power grid engineering.The evaluation method has the characteristics of objectivity and easy quantification,which makes the evaluation result more accurate and reasonable.(3)The paper 2020 X county rural electric engineering all inspection method of practicability and maneuverability,based on the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is concluded that the construction phase of risk factors on the quality of the rural electric engineering is the highest,in combination with the practical situation of project,the evaluation conclusion is consistent with actual situation.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding control and optimization measures are put forward for each stage of risk factors,which can provide effective reference for quality risk management of similar rural power grid projects.The research of this paper has enriched the theoretical research methods and achievements of the influence of the quality factors of rural power grid engineering,helped to improve the engineering management level in practical application,and enhanced the pertinence of the management of the influence factors of rural power grid engineering quality.
