Because of its own characteristics,in the process of water conservancy project construction,there are many uncertain factors influencing the quality of water conservancy project.Obviously,the quality of water conservancy projects is not only related to the benefit of the project,but also to the long-stride development of the national economy and the safety of the people.How to prevent and control the uncertainty in the process of management and how to reduce the possible risks in aspect of safety are the keys to ensure the high quality and high quantity of water conservancy project construction phase.This research takes the quality risk management of L city water source project in construction phase as the research carrier and goal.At the beginning,on the basis of reading a large number of documents,I assess the quality risk of this project,and describe the related risks involved in order to provide guidance for further research.Then,through risk identification about L city water source project in construction phase,this paper,by random-fuzzy method,builds L city water source project in construction phase quality risk assessment target system.Meanwhile,the weight of evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process and the quality risk of L city water source project in construction phase is evaluated and analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the end,based on actual situation of L city water source project and personal working experience,I bring up methods of L city water source project in construction phase quality risk response and risk monitor from five perspectives.This research focuses on quality risk management of L city water source project in construction phase,which has the purpose of strengthening the awareness of quality risk prevention and improving the quality management level of project managers.The whole idea of this paper is from practice to theory,and then from theory to practice.It has certain guidance and reference value for construction risk management of L city water source project and other similar ecological water conservancy projects.
