Water jet pump with reliable operation, simple structure, safe and convenient to use, especially in high temperature and high pressure, vacuum and transport toxic, explosive, flammable and radioactive material, more unique advantage.But there water jet pump efficiency is low and its ultimate vacuum when used as a vacuum pump is limited by work of liquid pressure faults.Therefore, in-depth study of water jet pump working mechanism, improve the performance of pump and efficiency is of great significance.This article in your own jet pump and gas-liquid two phase flow research, on the basis of analyzing the work mechanism of water jet pump, adopt the method of CFD numerical simulation to study the water jet pump different geometric structure and the influence of different operating parameters on the performance of jet pump, the main research content includes the following several aspects:(1)For gas liquid two phase numerical simulation mathematical models, numerical methods, the research covers water jet pump performance are studied, analyzed and summarized.(2)Established three-dimensional geometric model of water jet pump, use structured and unstructured composite grid structure discrete computation domain, using the numerical simulation of multiphase flow model.(3)Through the simulation results compared with the experimental data, verified the applicability of mathematical models. Using CFD method, simulation of the jet pump respectively different geometry parameters:mixing length, throat mouth distance and throat mouth area ratio of nozzle exit shape and operating under the pressure of jet pump inner flow, and analyzes the results, the conclusion of water jet pump for understanding the internal flow and mixing characteristics and practical significance for improve the pump performance and the extraction efficiency.This article research work shows that the throat mouth distance, throat mouth area ratio, throat length to diameter ratio of water jet pump efficiency has certain influence, jet pump with different structure, the existing high efficiency of throat mouth distance range, throat mouth area than the scope and range of the throat length to diameter ratio.The nozzle shape has a greater influence on the liquid jet, under low working pressure, selects the circular cross section of the nozzle can achieve better extraction effect; under the same exit velocity is triangle and square cross section than the circular cross section of the nozzle length,nozzle jet burst can make the structure of jet pump is more compact.Water pressure is one of the important factors affect the water flow, under the same nozzle outlet diameter, the influence of different area of the comparison system of water flow is not obvious.
