Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis method are summarized from engineering practice of the scientific method which is effective and easy to master the reliability Analysis technology. In many important areas, it is a technology of system reliability analysis which designers must master. A large number of facts show that applying FMECA to project in the process of design, production, testing and maintenance can achieve significant results.Aviation engine is the power source of the aircraft (including provide thrust for aircraft, electric, hydraulic, air supply and other energy).Working stably and reliably is the aircraft scheduled task what ensure flight safety basic safeguard. Turbofan is a kind of aircraft engine which is developed by turbojet engine.Based on important mechanical parts of turbofan engine, such as:air inlet device, compressor, combustor, turbine, etc., I have carried on the FMEA analysis, and established the FMEA table. On this basis, by Visual Basic 6.0 as a software development tool, relational database Access 2007 as the background database, in-depth study, research theory of FMECA and FMECA the extensive research on the application status of domestic engineering, in view of its actual practical characteristic, combined with the structure complexity of turbofan engine, the FMECA computer-aided software system was designed and developed. Achieved:a good secrecy function; concise, convenient and fast data input interface and system information management function; automatically calculated risk priority number (RPN), critical degree matrix and failure mode harm degree function; searching and sorting functions; print function, etc.
