With the economic globalization, the world market is becoming more and more competitive. Competition of information-dominated aviation manufacturing enterprises has become the most pressing issue, especially for large ones. Information technology is an important method for enterprises to adapt to digital information technology, and to accelerate the enterprise informationization. In the producing system of the aviation manufacturing enterprises, production schedule and control system is the core of the system, but several major domestic aviation manufacturers under the traditional mode of production and production management systems have been incompatible with the modern production management,and it is imperfect and also inefficient.In connection with the urgent need of improving production schedule and control system in aviation manufacturing enterprises, combined with the current production management model of domestic aircraft industry, based on the research of assembly workshop schedule, we design and develop discrete production schedule and control system for aviation manufacturing enterprises.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1) It elaborates on the current situation of information in aviation manufacturing enterprises.Combined with the actual production management in aviation manufacturing enterprises, it analyses the current situation of domestic and international production control system, and summarizes the tendency of development.(2) It summarizes the features of production system in aviation enterprises, and analyses the features of production and the production control system in a large domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises.(3) It studies the production schedule based on the aircraft assembly workshop. Through description of schedule, it proposed a corresponding objective function, and a suitable schedule algorithm for aircraft assembly production line. It also proves the feasibility of the algorithm(4) Based on the above research, combined with the features of present production features of aviation manufacturing enterprises, the thesis designs the production schedule and control system, which is divided into basic data module, production schedule module, production control module and production information statistics analysis module etc.It also made introduction of the function to these modules.(5) Based on the above design, the thesis researches and develops the production management system of M Aircraft Industry Group. The system has achieved expected effect in practical production, and has greatly improved the productivity and lowered the cost.Finally, give the concluding remarks and provide a practical experience for future research and development of similar systems and upgrades, and it has a certain significance.
