Research On The Control In Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise Production Based On System Dynamics

Manufacturing is one of the most important parts in the second industry in our country.With the rapid development of our country’s economy, China has became the world’s manufacturing power, and influence on the development trend of the world economy.Through equipment manufacturing, food processing, etc., manufacturing not only affects our national life, GDP, fiscal revenue, but also plays an indispensable role in strategic level for countries such as China’s national defense. However, in promoting the slow development of the manufacturing industry in our country, a large number of outsourcing manufacturing, mainly in the manufacturing enterprises is that it is not reasonable for the regulation of various resources in the process of production so as to make the lack of funds,human resources, etc. In this case, through controlling and studying the production of manufacturing, it can improve the production of manufacturing enterprises, enabling enterprises to get a good development.This paper based on the knowledge of system dynamics, and the automobile manufacturing enterprise production system was studied. This paper discuss the production adjust and control which influenced by raw material, production process, sales and product recovery by establishing the System dynamics model. Paper first macro background of manufacturing industry in China were summarized and reviewed the domestic and foreign experts and scholars for the study of manufacturing production control issue. In manufacturing, manufacturing enterprises, the concept of system dynamics, on the basis of full analysis, constructed with subsystems of subsystem of raw material, production, sales and product recovery subsystem based manufacturing enterprise production control simulation model, set up and model some of the main equation was deduced. And then to JL automobile manufacturing enterprises as an example, discusses the effect of the change of regulatory decisions, yield, and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions for production enterprises of production control, finally to reviewed and prospected in this paper. In this paper, the main research results are as follows:(1) Manufacturing enterprise production system was put forward by raw material system,production system, marketing system and recovery system of four parts, to study the regulation of the influence of each subsystem for production methods, production control for the enterprise provides a quantitative way of thinking.(2) To research and manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad literature through theunderstanding of the manufacturing enterprise production process, by using system dynamics knowledge, build the dynamic model of manufacturing enterprise production control system;(3) Of the model using system dynamics software simulation analysis, and according to the instance of JL automotive manufacturing enterprise, analyzed the influence of different production control strategy for production;(4) The production control of manufacturing enterprise strategy put forward some Suggestions.
