In this period, our country is in the peak of city construction, high-rise shear wallstructure is widely used in a series of residential construction. High-rise constructionperiod is long, investment is large, it is necessary to analysis and optimization design ofthe overall structure, to obtain the optimal structure scheme and save money.In this dissertation, the development of high-rise buildings with shear wall in thepresent stage the biggest, through the relevant literature, on the basis of optimizationdesign theory and the existing building structure specification, the multi angle structureoptimization measures from the building function, the selection of the structure system,structure and layout, reasonable structure calculation and the adjustment method, putforward to the views and opinions of the shear wall residential structure optimizationdesign. The calculation software PKPM is applied to structure design of our country’smost commonly used, a high-rise shear wall residential example is calculated, thisstructure to meet the drawing standards, optimization measures proposed in this paper tothe original model of the layout and structure parameters were examined before andafter modification, optimization of dynamic characteristics, the deformation of thestructure situation, internal force characteristics, and to optimize the structure scheme ofthe whole, economic analysis, found that after the structure optimization design hasbeen generally improved, verifies the necessity and effectiveness of optimization design.And, also the statistics of reinforced concrete dosage two schemes and the generaleconomic investment, further confirms the optimization design is an effective measureto low carbon economy. This paper introduces the factors influencing the constructioncost, puts forward practical measures for reducing cost of structure, which can be areference for designers.Application of optimization theory in architectural design, can make the structuremore reasonable, safe, practical, economic, beautiful in one. After adopting reasonableoptimization measures, can enhance the overall performance and the seismicperformance of the structure, reduce project cost structure. Optimization design of thestructural safety and meet the building function, will be limited resources to keypositions, to give full play to the role of economic indicators, to achieve the best.
