The unwinding wheel is a core part of steel ball surface automatic detection equipment,which develops movement around all steel ball surface by the frictional force.Due to long time under the influence of friction and wear, part of the gravity load, precision, structure on the surface of the unwinding wheel shape which affect the precision of steel ball surface. Therefore, the unwinding wheel must be replaced per every check 50000 Gangqiu in the work.Now we can only buy it from abroad although it is very expensive,it always restricts the domestic use of high precision steel ball, high iron, aerospace, aviation, etc with bearing can only buy from abroad,To solve problems above,in this paper, the technology of reverse engineering technology, the virtual simulation machining wheels are studied.First, based on reversing engineering technology, relying on the superior performance and high surface precision of unwinding wheel, multi-attribute reversed measurements were carried out on the unwinding wheel, point cloud data processing, data reconstruction, mathematical model of compensation, complete entity model reconstruction; Analyzing the structural parameters of the unwinding wheel From the reverse result,and Obtaining structural parameters factors which is related with unwinding sports of the steel ball; carriying out the analysis of unwinding wheel Work parts surface in combination with point cloud data model, and the curved surface equation and linear equation are obtained.Secondly, setting up the virtual prototype experiment platform, using the Adams software to make virtual machining good unwinding wheel movement simulation, observing steel ball under the unwinding wheel form of exercise, tracking trajectories of steel ball surface a bit, to detect the unwinding wheel whether meet the requirements of movement or not.Then, combining with the preliminary theoretical analysis on the unwinding wheel structure to optimize, to obtain the unwinding wheel which satisfied movement conditions; using Mastercam software to simulate virtual machining on the unwinding wheel, custom-making reasonable processing technology, analyzing tool feeding, rotational speed, Angle, and a series of processing parameters, generating the unwinding wheel processing locus, and all to optimize it.Finally, the implementing of the scene processing to obtain samples are measured, and comparing with the theoretical design value and analyzing of processing error source of error mathematics model is established.In summary, based on the reverse engineering technology, the technology of virtual machining to swing round of expansion wheel structure parameter value; determine the working parts of the surface of the theoretical equation; to generate the corresponding processing program of NC code; analysis of the machining error sources established error model.
