The Evaluation And Empirical Analysis Of Regional Planning Based On Grey Theory

Currently,with the rapid development of urbanization,dealing with the difficulties in the process of urbanization and improving the quality and level of the urbanization are the key issues in regional planning.At present,the research on regional planning in China gives priority to qualitative analysis,while using this method exists great subjective judgment.In order to provide scientific and effective decisions for the policy makers of regional planning,strengthening quantitative analysis in regional planning is one of the development directions of regional planning.It is of great significance to achieve high quality of urbanization in China.Based on regional economics,sustainable development theory,and circular economy,the thesis studies the evaluation system of regional planning using analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method and grey correlation analysis method.First,the thesis introduces the current regional planning methods and evaluation.Second,the thesis expounds the characteristics of regional planning in the new situation,and illustrates the supporting effect of regional economics,sustainable development theory,circular economy theory on regional planning.Third,based on fully research and consulting,the thesis constructs an evaluation index system of regional planning,sets the target and briefly explains the method of using the analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method and grey relation analysis to evaluate.At last,the thesis sets an example of Binhai New Area,points out the problems that exist in the planning of Binhai New Area and provides some related suggestions.The main conclusions of study are as follows.First,the thesis establishes an evaluation index system of regional planning systematically,and through the empirical analysis,it proves that the evaluation index system has certain scientific nature.Second,it's the first time to apply grey relation analysis method to the evaluation of regional planning,and provides a new solution for the evaluation of regional planning.
