| Since more than30years of the Chinese Economic Reform (or reform and opening up), China has continually had rapid economic growth as well as the construction industry has shown a vigorous development. With the increasing functional and artistic demands of architectures, all sorts of high-rise and long-span structures gradually emerge. In order to meet the construction requirements of such structures, the application of the formwork structure system is increasingly used. However, at the same time, the occurrence of safety accidents related to the formwork structure system is also growing so that it has caused huge economic losses and casualties to the society. Therefore, analyzing the stability and studying the security of the formwork structure system have realistic significance.This dissertation is taking the project of Liangdu City Theatre in Liupanshui city in Guizhou province as the research background, using the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study and analyze on the formwork structure system. The main research results are as follows:(1) Collecting and sorting the safety accident cases about the formwork structure system happened in China this year through accessing to relevant data, and analyzing the reasons of such accidents, thereby providing references to prevent similar accidents from happening in the future.(2) introducing the performance characteristics and structures of three kinds of scaffoldings commonly used in China in details, especially introduces the notices about the bowl buckle scaffold in the installation, inspection, acceptance and demolition processes.(3) Analyzing the stability theory of the formwork structure system through deducing Euler’s formula of compressive bars under different constraint conditions, so as to obtain several common calculation length coefficients of compressive bars.(4) Introducing Liangdu City Theatre’s main stage supporting scheme of the45m formwork structure system, and checking the strength, stiffness and stability of templates and template floor beams in the supporting system, thereby providing references to construct similar bowl-type formwork structure systems in the future. (5) Evaluating the security of the formwork structure system using the fuzzy evaluation method, which can visually know the importance of each evaluation factor, in order to instruct the construction on site and ensure the construction safety, thereby reducing safety accidents. |
