Innovation ability is the core competitiveness of enterprises,if enterprises want to get long-term development,they should improve their ability of innovation.As a kind of effective innovative design tool,TRIZ theory has become the research object of many enterprises and universities.The contradiction matrix as the most important tool for solving the problem of TRIZ theory,its application research is the research emphasis of the paper.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of TRIZ theory,TRIZ theory system,the process of solving the problem in technical system by using TRIZ theory system and the research status of computer aided innovation(CAI),and determine the research content and the content arrangement of the paper.Secondly,this paper presents relative ideal degree calculation formula,which fuse ideal degree calculation formula,TMMS technology system maturity forecast method,analytic hierarchy process etc..The relative ideal degree calculation formula is used to calculate the important technology system of technology system in the product,and get the improved design technology system of the product.Then,this paper introduces the process of solving the problem in the technical system by using the contradiction matrix.This part mainly introduces how to use the tool of TRIZ theory to find the technical system,and how to find the technical contradiction of the technical system,then use the contradiction matrix to solve the technical contradiction.At the end of this paragraph,this paper use an example to verify the feasibility of this part.On this basis,the paper uses the Java programming language,MySQL database and other technology to develop a kind of computer-aided product improvement design system.The system includes project navigation module,project profile module,select improvement system module,determination improved system module,contradiction matrix application module and evaluation scheme module,and introduce the function and principle of each module.At last,in order to introduce specific use method and the feasibility of the system,this paper uses the system to design the product of hydraulic jack.This system can help the designer to break the thinking pattern,improve the efficiency of productdesign,and provide the designer with effective design direction.
