With the enhanced awareness of nationalism, social efforts in protecting ancient relics are also increasing. In recent years, the protection of ancient buildings in antiques has already caused high value of the nation and social. With a long history, ancient buildings have different levels of damage, coupled with China's ancient architecture with wooden structure,so the operation and maintenance of ancient buildings are quite difficult. The development of terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology and virtual visualization technology provided a new way for ancient architecture reservation and disease information management. In the past, the protection of ancient buildings were mostly based on manual mapping and manual records. They have low accuracy and long cycle, and the use of data is also very difficult.By combining the laser scanning technology, visualization technology, database and other technologies,a set of visualization of the ancient building disease management information system is established. This management mode of no-contact measurement, digital work and visualization and systematization plays increasingly important role in Ancient Architecture Reservation and engineering detection.Firstly, the background, meaning and current status of ancient architecture reservation are introduced in this paper. We can process the acquired data in view of actual needs.Secondly, using the visualization platform and database technology,we design the disease information data structure, according to the present situation of the protection of ancient buildings. Finally, with the help of multi-source data fusion 3D reconstruction system platform, disease management information system of ancient architecture is established, which provides important data and technical support for ancient architecture daily census and construction planning and project budget, has higher useful value and practical significance.Through theory analysis and examples proving, the main innovations and achievements of this paper are listed as follows:1.According to the area, type and component type of ancient architecture,we designed the component code rule of the ancient building which provides a unique identification for every ancient building component, and helps the retrieval of components and the realization of the function of disease information inquiry. And through the method of retrieving the target component, query and display function of the information of the disease attribute of ancient architectural elements is realized and update and check the efficiency of the disease information of ancient building components is improved.2.Design and implement update function of building survey information, selecting the target component can add, update the attribute information of disease. And all disease information has been stored in the database without human intervention, click select and Add to complete the disease information update of the target components.3.Disease information in different periods of ancient architecture is essential to future research and development of construction plans, which provides reference for future renovation.Ancient building disease information management system designs and realizes the census report generation function, lays the foundation for the target component of disease history research, and makes component disease information unified, changes the original mode of operation,It not only reduces the consumption of personnel and financial resources, but also effectively shortens the construction period, improves work efficiency, and provides valuable information for the research and use of the current situation, planning and other research and use of ancient buildings.
