With the rapid increase in the operating mileage of highway tunnels in China,the problem of disease conservation in tunnels has become increasingly prominent.The complexity of the large and complex maintenance data is very high.The standardization of maintenance and the low degree of informationization are the key issues,which seriously affect the maintenance effectiveness of the operating tunnels.Therefore,the thesis conducts research on the three-dimensional visualization of tunnel diseases to improve the degree of disease data reduction and use efficiency,and uses BIM and WebGL technology to introduce it into the tunnel disease information management platform and improve the functional modules of the traditional management platform.However,at present,there are very few related research and applications,and there are few systematic functional processes.There are three main problems: the limitation of the large data volume tunnel model on the webpage,the data association problem of the tunnel disease attribute,and the realization and quantification of the disease three-dimensional visualization.In order to solve these problems,the following contents and methods are mainly used for research.(1)Establish a tunnel family in the conservation phase.Combining the "Technical Specifications for Highway Tunnel Maintenance"(JTG H12-2015)and actual disease inspection management experience,summarize the evaluation indicators of tunnel disease maintenance,establish the processing standards of maintenance data,and use this as a basis to determine the demand for tunnel BIM model in the conservation phase.The secondary development of Autodesk CAD and Revit,lightweighting the BIM model in the transition phase of operation,and saving it as a tunneling group in the maintenance phase,as a follow-up to meet the data requirements of the maintenance phase platform.(2)Achieve 3D visualization of tunnel models and diseases.The BIM model format is converted to the JOSN format file supported by WebGL through the Revit API.The JOSN file can be used as an intermediate file to associate geometric information and attribute information.The WebGL 3D rendering technology can be used to re-model the network.The texture mapping technology can be used.Further lightweighting of the tunnel model can also be achieved by transforming the twodimensional tunnel disease display map into a three-dimensional texture attached to the surface of the tunnel model by means of its spatial coordinate transformation principle,so that the display of disease information is more intuitive.(3)Establish a road tunnel maintenance management platform.Through the Visual Studio and SQL server database,the tunnel BIM model information database is constructed,and the interactive functions such as tunnel environment roaming and tunnel driving simulation are carried out.The embedded disease 3D visualization subsystem is studied to realize the one-to-one correspondence between the tunnel model and the actual disease.Combined with the actual tunnel inspection case,the system platform is involved in the maintenance process.Finally,the verification platform can provide good data support for tunnel maintenance.It has strong practicability and can help to propose scientific road tunnel maintenance decision.
