Today, with high-speed economic development in our country, the project management is playing a huge role in solving many essential problems of many areas, such as shortening the construction period, saving costs and ensuring quality. The effective execution, tracking and control are key factors in success or failure of project. At present real estate enterprise in our country is still in the stage of development. There are a lot of shortcomings in the management, especially on project management. There are many problems restricting the healthy development of real estate enterprise, such as how to implant the concept of project into enterprise culture, and how to blend the theories and methods into the practice of enterprise operation.There are five parts in this paper. In the first part, the basic situation of project management and the characteristics of various methods are analyzed in order to determine the research method of Singapore garden eighth project. In the second part, the theoretical analysis tools and methods are determined through study and analysis on various project management methods. In the third part, after detailed introduction of the eighth Singapore Garden Project, a management model was put forward. In the fourth part, after analyzing the problems in the project management methods, the feasible solutions and guarantee measures are put forward. The fifth part made a conclusion of this paper.In this paper, the work breakdown structure (WBS), network planning technology and other project schedule management theory, according to the project requirements of the project to optimize the project schedule, the preparation of the Singapore Garden eighth phase project plan; use of the actual progress of the forward line method, earned value analysis method for project progress control; organization, authorization, funding and other security measures to ensure the implementation of project schedule.In this paper, project management theories and methods were applied in the eighth Singapore Garden Project to promote the organization, operation and completion of the whole project. At the same time, this article also has certain significance and value to the current project management of real estate enterprise.
