As a core part of project management,Engineering project schedule management to the success of the project implementation play a key role,is one of the most focus on the interests of all parties the subject of the project.The factors influencing the construction progress of large bridge project complex,project construction schedule control difficult,the project construction schedule management and control the whole process of the project strictly in large bridge construction,ensure project quality,safety and effectiveness has extremely important and realistic meaning.This paper mainly studies the large bridge project schedule management problem,summarizes and expounds the theory and research results of project schedule management at home and abroad,on the basis of comprehensively discusses the principles and methods of progress control and management in the application of specific engineering project management.In order to study the schedule management of LWY bridge project in Guangxi city of Liuzhou as an empirical analysis,based on the actual situation of work schedule management of LWY project of Guangxi bridge in Liuzhou City,the analysis and Research on the process control of Liuzhou LWY bridge project.Starting from the basic situation and the present situation of management of Liuzhou LWY bridge project,work breakdown and responsibility allocation in Liuzhou city LWY bridge project,for the project construction,project requirements and resource allocation conditions,Analysis of the progress of the project schedule,and schedule management work.Improve the project progress tracking and control system,strengthen the project actual progress and schedule of the comparative analysis.Analysis of the causes of the deviation and the influence of the deviation on the following schedule,Put forward corrective measures to the project schedule,and project schedule of dynamic adjustment and optimization,to provide decision support services for project management,and proposed the implementation of the optimized project schedule implementation measures and schedule management advice.In order to improve the performance of the project schedule management,improve the schedule management mechanism,to ensure that the project is efficient and smooth operation,to achieve the desired objectives on schedule to provide guidance and support,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the benefit of the project construction?...
