Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Remote Centralized Control Of Wind Power Project Of H Company

As one of the most promising clean and renewable power source,wind energy has attracted worldwide attention recently.With the help of regional control centers,wind power generation facilities are effectively integrated,which greatly reduce the total cost of operation and management.Power generation companies benefited a lot from the technology progress with more automation and less human attention.Following modern project progress management theory,this work focuses on the study of schedule planning and control in the process of H Company's centralized control project for wind power generators.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the background information collected of the project,including the investment,targets and other social/political significance,while comparing with similar projects home and abroad,investigate the centralized control project of wind farm using the project schedule planning and control theories,trying to find an optimized way of project schedule management.2.Divide and simplify the workloads with WBS method to clarify the connection,dependencies and responsibilities between them so as to generate a more accurate estimation of timeline through locating the critical path.3.Study the influence factors during the course of project execution,and present an implementation strategy for schedule controlling and figure out a better solution for the project delay considering the purchasing and environment affects.Trying to apply the PMIS software system in the project schedule control procedure.This work discusses the application of the methodologies and tools of schedule planning and controlling in the centralized control system project for wind power generation businesses,hoping to offer some insights and new ideas of project execution for similar projects.
