With the increasing depletion of traditional energy sources,the maintenance and the reserve of energy resources are important issues.Environmental pollution,oil resource depletion and other issues sparked the development of new environmentally friendly energy boom.Electric vehicles developed rapidly in recent years as a new energy car,will curb the increasingly serious environmental pollution trend.In the electric vehicle energy storage system,the bidirectional DC / DC converter is responsible for the energy transfer task,,which plays an important role in the whole energy storage system.Therefore bidirectional DC/DC converter as a power conversion device for electric vehicles is particularly important.In order to improve the voltage gain of the traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter,reduce the current ripple and losses,and optimize the output power quality of the converter,an interleaving magnetic integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter with switched inductor was presented.Firstly,this paper uses switched inductor to replace the storage inductor in traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter,and the switched inductors are coupled and integrated.paper analysed the working mode and voltage gain expression of the proposed converter.Thirdly,the transient and steady state performance of the converter are discussed,we derived the design criterion of coupling inductor,and put forward a method to design the coupling inductor in the proposed converter.Compared with conventional bidirectional DC/DC converter,the Boost mode voltage gain of the proposed converter can reach(1+D)times of the traditional converter.In addition the current ripple is reduced and the response speed is improved at the same time.For the different operating modes of the bidirectional DC/DC converter,the demand for actual use conditions and the corresponding control strategy are analyzed.The small-signal dynamic model in Buck and Boost mode is presented,and the controller is designed to improve the performance of the system.The design the control circuit algorithm and the related hardware circuit of the converter are introduced in detail.Finally,all the experimental results verify the correctness of the analysis.All of these show that the interleaving magnetic integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter with switched inductor has excellent comprehensive performance. |
