Sinopec Asphalt Products And Asphalt Mixture Performance Evaluation

Asphalt pavement would appear disease of rutting,pushing,hugging and other pavement damage under high temperature condition, it also would appear cracking and other damage under low temperature. All in all, those diseases have great relationship with asphalt's property. If we want to reduce the harmful impact of disease, it's important to select the suitable asphalt when built the pavement. Therefore, we analyze the properties of Sinopec asphalt product in 2013 and asphalt mixture.This article systematically analyzed some general indicators and classification of asphalt. Under this background, we did some routine indicator test, dynamic shear rheology test and beam bending creep test on Sinopec asphalt and aging asphalt. The routine indicator test contains softening point test,60? viscosity test,penetration test and ductility of asphalt before aging or not. Under those experiment,we did a series of research.1.To judge the selected bituminous whether conform the requirements of standard or not,and reduce the asphalt grade and judge whether conform the corresponding requirements of standard or not for the no-conformed asphalt.2.The high temperature index of asphalt are evaluated,and the correlation of each temperature indexes are analysised.3. Low-temperature indicators for the evaluation of asphalt, bitumen and analyze the relationship between the various low-temperature indicators.4.The asphalt mixture is tested with the short-term aging and long-term aging test,and evaluated its aging indexes(residual penetration ratio, residual ductility).5.for the short-term asphalt binder aging and long-term aging test, and then the asphalt binder aging index rating (residual penetration ratio, residual ductility).6. evaluated road performance of 19# and 30# hard asphalt and asphalt mixture.
