With the progress of science and technology, environmental pollution is serious,the global energy crisis, that global energy consumption will continue high growth.All countries entered the new energy development and utilization of wind energy in the boom, abundant, inexhaustible, original ecology, energy use and many other advantages, is the most space for the development of renewable energy. Wind power has become a sought after all over the world emerging industries, and doubly fed wind power generator with its unique operating characteristics gradually become the main object of the study of wind power, speed adjustment and control, grid connection control, power decoupling control, offset pressure through operation control technique is more and more used in doubly fed induction generator system.Industrial operation in recent years the rapid development of wind power, the scientific research of doubly fed motor into the peak stage. Double fed motor can be controlled by adjusting the excitation current of reactive power, improve power quality, the stability of the system at the same time, but also greatly improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization.In this thesis, we studied the control system of variable speed constant frequency. Mutations in the wind speed, different wind speed of wind energy utilization, using doubly fed induction motor slip power three-level converter system.Analysis system of grid side converter in proportional integral control(PI) control and proportional resonant(PR) under the control of different control strategies,different controllers in the grid side converter harmonic compensation effect. System of the rotor Converter Analysis and the proportional integral control(PI) control and proportional resonant(PR) under the control of different control strategies and research of off grid and grid connected control system, through the rotor current frequency, phase and amplitude control no-load grid, the grid in different controllersto achieve power decoupling control.The MATLAB on the grid side converter control system and power generation operation control system to carry on the modeling and simulation, the first system of the no-load operation of the closed loop, to the grid, the grid connected power decoupling control simulation. Finally, the experiment, using Stm32 as the system control unit, through the dual PWM converter processing slip power to control the double fed motor to achieve power decoupling regulation.
