Research On Environment Adaptive Design Strategy Of The Green Hospital Building In Taiyuan

Establishing a sound medical service system and further promoting the scientific development of medical and health undertakings is an important measure for the country to build a well-off society and deepen the reform and opening up in an all-round way.With the further deepening of urbanization of Taiyuan city;high speed and promote the full implementation of the 2015 "two children" policy of city construction,the aging of the population,can be expected to rise sharply the medical service demand in the next 20 years,challenges and opportunities for career development of medical.In order to effectively cope with the severe challenge of economic development and medical undertakings,Taiyuan has increased the construction and development of the hospital in recent years.However,there are still many problems in the environmental adaptability of hospital construction in Taiyuan City that need to be solved urgently.According to the actual situation of Taiyuan City,the author combines the theoretical system of post-evaluation of built-up environmental psychology,and summarizes the four representative cities in Taiyuan City environmental factors: modern medical model environment,high-density urban environment,cold climate environment,and user psychological environment.Among them,the first three are objective environmental impact factors,and the final user psychological environmental factors are subjective influencing factors.From these four aspects,Taiyuan City Hospital's architectural environment adaptability design strategy was studied one by one.Based on the investigation of excellent hospital construction cases in China and abroad,the author summarizes its excellent design concepts and methods from the above four environmental impact factors: It focuses on analyzing the current design problems and the corresponding strategies of hospital buildings in Taiyuan,and summing up experiences.For the environmental impact factors of modern medical mode,according to the advocacy of national health care reform,the modern medical mode has gradually changed from a single linear medical system to a multi-level " three-level medical treatment model” system,establishing a structured new medical model.Through the analysis of the existing community hospital case,mainly from a community hospital design strategy positioning,community hospital service object,service content,hospital size,function configuration and so on new medical mode,focus on improving the community hospital prevention responsibilities and minor illness rehabilitation duties.For high-density urban environmental impact factors,combined with the seven large-scale early-established hospital building cases located in the urban center of cities in Taiyuan City,the urban space,urban transport,hospital space form,and hospital spatial structure were respectively adopted.Investigate how hospital buildings respond to external unfavorable factors and create a comfortable interior space environment design strategy.For the cold climate environmental impact factors,based on the cold climate environment in which Taiyuan City is located,the design strategy of green hospitals is discussed from the passive green hospital design strategy and the active green energy conservation technology.The passive design strategies are divided into the layout of building groups,the ventilation and insulation of building blocks,and the shade of building components.Active technologies include HVAC energy-saving measures,water-saving technologies,and solar photovoltaic building integration technologies.For the user's psychological environment influencing factors,from the perspective of the user's needs,through the use of the construction of environmental psychology and the construction of environmental behavior theory,combined with the use of post-evaluation methods,the patients and doctors were investigated.It evaluates six aspects of public service facilities,traffic conditions,indoor physical environment,indoor human facilities,architectural space elements,and security.The research content of this paper emphasizes the combination of theory and practice.Through the field research of representative hospital buildings in Taiyuan,the user's subjective evaluation of hospital buildings is introduced,which makes the argument more practical and comprehensive.
