Research On The Ethic Of Public Space Design Of Large Scale Commercial Building In Beijing

In recent years,large numbers of the general volume of Beijing,large scale commercial buildings,these buildings constitute the core business district of Beijing city.Large commercial buildings contain space for sale,sale of shopping space and non-space.Wherein the non-selling space in the public space.With the expansion of the size of the mall,the expansion of business means,function and role of the public space is increasingly influenced by the emergence of ignoring human design,service features compression,diminishing human color,commercial ethics deletion increasingly prominent phenomenon,affecting the mall functioning public space.On this basis,the types of large commercial buildings in Beijing study the status quo,select the core business district in the number of large commercial buildings,for example,with its focus on ethical issues design a public space for the object,Focused public space existing ethical issues,analyze selected as a representative example of design practice and policy learning at home,try to list some suggestions and countermeasures for large commerethicial architectural design ethics,in order to facilitate large commercial buildings public the overall level of research space as the core foothold.Innovation of this article is to design and architectural design ethic combined design aspect is missing from the actual existence of a problem is found,on the other hand from the design of ethical principles,several factors combine technology,design,humanities,and social,propose solutions to the ethical lapses of the idea of public space,to explore the organic relationship between the commercial buildings and public areas,and better play to the social role of public space in commercial buildings.At the same time,the design is intended to appeal to the importance of design ethics.
