The Design And Application Of Suzhou Planning And Supervision Information System Based On Dynamic Planning Management Which Has Passed Examination And Approval

As a guide policy of the social development,the city planning influences the city economy and society development directly. The development of city real foothold is the implementation of the planning, to refine is the construction of various construction projects, and for after the planning of construction project management is the important guarantee for the implementation of urban planning.With the deepening of the reform and opening up of our country economy rapid development, the city construction step is more and more quick, the urban planning job is confronted with new challenges. Due to the neglect of information, systematic, network management, the current management can not meet the demands of the current city planning job and have being counteracted development in the region.As a result, building a batch management information system has important practical and theoretical significance.The main reasearch included in this paper are as follows :First,through literature study, the related contents of city planning management and characteristics of each stage are analyzed, then the planning practices of major cities are studied, and the relevant pattern of urban planning management has been sumed up in this paper;Second,taken the batch management of Suzhou as a example, the main functions of suzhou batch management was analyzed as well as the characteristics and existing problems.Then, the paper summed up the cause of suzhou urban planning management, and proposed the solution countermeasure;Then, group of Suzhou city planning management requirements, after a detailed discussion on the planning of supervisory information system architecture. Research based on the city space geographic information database for the data to serve the construction unit for the idea, realizes to figure of construction projects, associated, geographical location, file storage, parameter record, icon set to build in the integration of planning and monitoring information system.Combines with the real requirements of the Suzhou city planning management The function characteristics of planning and supervision system system, the database structure of this system were discussed.At last, city planning and supervision information system was constructed.This paper aims at opening a new way of tracking management of electronic application after batch and improve the modernization level of the planning management and service.
