Railway cargo loading is a key part of railway cargo transportation.The advantages and disadvantages of its loading layout will have a direct impact on the space utilization rate,load utilization rate and railway transportation efficiency of railway cargo packaging,which may affect the overall efficiency of railway transportation.In order to improve railway transportation efficiency,save transportation costs,and make railway transportation have better development,it is especially necessary to study the layout of railway cargo loading.This paper refers to a large number of literature on packing problems,draws on previous research experience and achievements,combines the actual situation of railway transportation,and uses scientific theories and methods to study the optimization problem of railway box car body loading.First this paper introduces the packing problem,and then discusses in detail the definition,classification and development of an effective and feasible heuristic algorithm to solve the packing problem and its application in the cargo loading problem.After that,the packing problem was introduced into the optimization problem of the railway box body loading,and the constraints of the railway cargo loading were analyzed,and the actual cargo position constraint and cargo support constraint were considered.Then,according to the type of goods to be loaded,the optimization problem of railway box body cargo loading is divided into two categories:railway isomorphic cargo loading optimization problem and railway heterogeneous cargo loading optimization problem.For these two kinds of problems,the railway isomorphic cargo loading optimization model with the maximum number of loaded cargoes and the railway helium heterogeneity with the goal of maximizing space utilization as the primary goal and maximizing the load capacity utilization as the secondary target are constructed.Cargo loading optimization model.For the problem of homogeneous cargo loading optimization,the layered loading strategy is adopted,and the efficient two-dimensional array algorithm and layer adjustment optimization strategy are used to solve the problem in each layer.For the heterogeneous cargo loading optimization problem,the combination block,the neighbor degree,The concept of combination degree,using layered loading strategy,proposed a heuristic packing algorithm based on dynamic layering,and verified the model and algorithm.In this paper,the algorithm for solving heterogeneous cargo loading optimization problem not only has good performance for weak heterogeneous cargo loading problems,but also can provide a high space utilization packing scheme for strong heterogeneous cargo loading problems.
