Research On Evaluation Of Service Level Of Large Passenger Transfer Hub In Mountainous Cities

In order to improve the contradiction between traffic supply capacity and the increasing demand of travel,the city's large passenger transfer hub is a node,and it is more efficient to improve the transfer efficiency.For urban transportation system,this is an important way to solve the urban traffic problems.City public transportation construction of the rapid development of city traffic hub though driven by large-scale planning and construction,but the hub service level is generally low.At present our country mountainous city large passenger transfer hub service level evaluation of lack of scientific evaluation index system and evaluation method,and the less mountainous city large transfer hub service level evaluation of theoretical research.The related theoretical results are mainly based on the urban comprehensive hub of the plain,and the research on the convergence and efficiency of the transfer system is the most.And the research on the evaluation index system,evaluation method and standard division of the large scale urban key exchange hub in mountainous area is lack.Therefore,mountain city large passenger transfer hub service level evaluation research has provided some theoretical guidance and reference significance for mountain large urban passenger transfer hub design,planning and management.The purpose of this paper is to establish a theory and method system for the comprehensive evaluation of the service level of large passenger transfer hub in mountainous city.Influence factors of interchange level of service from three aspects of mountain city large passenger transfer hub of operations management and service function,the external environment analysis based on the domestic and foreign existing of urban passenger transfer hub service level evaluation index system and evaluation method of the research status of combing theory analysis.According to the three sub functions of transfer hub transfer,distribution and guidance,the evaluation index system of the service level of large passenger transfer hub in mountainous cities is constructed.The evaluation indexes include transfer coefficient,comfort,bypass hub parking facilities and transfer rate matching etc.there are 17 indicators.And the definition and calculation method of each index are given by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.In consideration of the special mountain city land layout and topographic conditions were determined on the basis of classification and threshold values of each index.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation method for the service level of f Sigongli traffic transfer hub is established based on the cloud model and the matter element evaluation method.It is proved that the evaluation method has the applicability and feasibility to carry out the multi index comprehensive evaluation of the service level of the large passenger transfer hub in the mountainous city.
