The reinforced concrete bridge is one of the most common bridge style used in the field of the civil engineering.Because it is very convenient to get material and adopt the simple forced structure.In the future,the number of new bridge will gradually reduce,Our bridge engineers and maintenance persons will face a lot of questions about the bridge repairing and maintenance.In order to maximize the use of limited funds and choose bridge maintenance programs and management strategies scientifically and rationally,it is necessary to theoretic study on the optimization about the reinforced concrete bridge maintenance.This article aim for this purpose and the main work includes:Based on the degradation mechanism of reinforced concrete Bridges,this article summarized basic principle of concrete carbonation and steel corrosion the and influence factors.The service life of concrete carbonation are analyzed from reliability index and failure probability,and the expectation of steel model were analyzed which base on the development of the steel bar corrosion.This paper also introduces the total life cycle cost which can analyze in the Bridge maintenance optimization the composition of life cycle cost.Doing statistical analysis for the discount rate when bridge suffer in our national conditions.So we can calculate the maintenance cost present value under the different bridge age by the discount rate.The core content of this paper is to create two maintenance optimization model.By the Markov chains,we can predict bridge state.Bridge maintenance optimization model is established from the Markov chains and risk.We can calculate the failure probability of component by the Markov chains and calculate the failure probability of the whole bridge.By comparing the total expected loss profile of failure with the cost present value of maintenance,we can find the reasonable maintenance optimization scheme.Summarizes the existing degradation model from the reliability and condition index.Bridge maintenance optimization model is established form the reliability and condition index by the two linear models.It can be applied to the actual case and use MATLAB toolbox to solve the model.In this paper,two methods of maintenance optimization is prove to be feasible by two kinds of anti-corrosion measures and sanjiang street bridge.It can provide a reference for the bridge repairs and establish conservation strategies.In the actual cases,The discount rate was found to have a great influence on the cost present value,mainly reflects:with the growth of age bridge,the curve of the present value of the cumulative cost of maintenance gradually becoming more moderate,and failure of the present value of the expected maximum loss point may not be the failure probability maximum point.So when we choosing a reasonable maintenance program,we can not ignore the time value of money.In the anti-corrosion measures of case analysis,Combination can comprehensively improve the performance of the structure.So it have more advantages than single maintenance measures.Thus,the combination can try to repair measures to give full play to the advantages of each maintenance measures,This also provide some new ideas for the bridge repair conservation measures.
