In all kinds of natural factors and heavy traffic load, under the action of these factors, the early damage asphalt of pavement appeared easily, and then impacts the performance of the asphalt and reduce the service life of the asphalt. So it is necessary to be in early damage of asphalt pavement for preventive maintenance, increase the asphalt pavement performance.First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of asphalt pavement diseases, and the early damage model and its damage characteristics; Both at home and abroad, the asphalt pavement road performance evaluation method, summarizes the highway asphalt pavement road performance evaluation method and highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance of macroscopic and microscopic traffic roads standard standard.Secondly, based on the impact factors of bitumen pavement is analyzed, and sums up in asphalt pavement performance prediction method, using the grey system theory to asphalt pavement performance forecast for the implementation of preventive maintenance measures to provide a theoretical basis.At the same time, this paper summarizes all kinds of preventive maintenance measures of preventive maintenance technology, comprehensive analysis, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of preventive maintenance measures and economic applicability for maintenance; maintenance department provides a reference when making decision.Finally, this paper introduces the highway asphalt pavement economic evaluation method the whole life cycle cost analysis, the use of the whole life cycle cost analysis of the present value method, compares the preventive maintenance measures do not use net present value and take fog seal, emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing, ultrathin rubber powder asphalt finish preventive maintenance measures of the net present value, to illustrate the preventive maintenance measures of the economy as well as to all kinds of preventive maintenance measures for maintenance by line comparison, provide a basis for decision making.The purpose of this study is the causation of performance prediction method and preventive maintenance decision, the preventive maintenance system for the research and development to provide theoretical foundation, make domestic maintenance management unit according to the different road conditions by selecting an appropriate preventive maintenance measures.
