Research Of The Agile Problem In Systematic Product Design

Industrial design is regarded as the source of enterprise innovation, and its research has been developed to a higher level, such as design thinking, design strategy, innovation mechanism and so on. The so-called industrial design (the following referred to as:system design), that is not the shape innovation of traditional design model, but the systematic industrial design with the characteristics of high knowledge, high technology and high culture. Companies follow the integrity of the systematic design process has obvious advantages: process improvement, the scientific method, the corporate brand building and product line planning. Nowadays, the importance of systematic design has been widely paid attention by the government, enterprises and other organizations.However, industrial design in our country is still in the immature stage. Many design companies are just rising, and has not yet formed completed operating system. A large number of small and medium enterprises facing great pressure of market competition and in the specific design process they cannot respond to the market demand quickly, shorten the product design cycle, and put a lot of time and manpower to complete system design flow step by step.Faced with the medium and small design agencies, and based on the theory of information relevance analysis, clues to the design drawing creation, the rapid flow of design knowledge, and design process management, this paper starts from the design method of the systematic process, studies in line with the agile design requirements of system design problems, explores a new system design model, introduces the agile design management and replace the traditional design method to the agile design method of high efficiency, less time-consuming and more applicable which is fit for the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country.In this paper, the main research work is as follows:Firstly, through the study of the relevant industry background and the domestic and foreign research status of the systematic industrial design, agile design, it is concluded that the development trend of small and medium-sized design agencies, and put forward practical agile methods.Secondly, in view of the design method of the systematic industrial design process, and based on the agile design consideration, the design research method of the short consuming time, and high efficiency replaces the original long consuming time, and low efficiency design method. The improved systematic industrial design process is more suitable for the practical application of the small and medium industrial design institutions in our country, and promotes the popularization of the systematic industrial design in our country.Thirdly, starting from the design management of small and medium-sized industrial design agency, in the three aspects, such as organization management of the design agency, the fast flow of design knowledge and the arrangement of design process, design efficiency has been improved, time consuming of project design has been reduced, and agility of the systematic industrial design has been improved.
