The Use Of Project Management Construction In Large Comprehensive Tourism Projects In Changshou City

Benefited from the progress of specific socialized labor division and the background of technical support purchase from our government,the agent-construction of project management has formed its own management system which has gained its recognition.The current priority is to improve the project management with more integral service,intending to establish the pattern for the agent construction of large-scale tourism project anagement.Through the research of agent construction mode in Red Bean Villa project of Guli town,it would give a clearer view of agent construction mode and features of tourism project in China,leading to further guidelines to construction agency.This research mainly focuses on working principles,content system,execution standards and key points of agent construction based on previous study in China andabroadon both theoretical and practical level.The organization form and influence factors are also in debate,intending to achieve better agent construction performance through the coordination of general supervision and administration.The article intends to draw favorable conclusions and proposal advices to overcome the disadvantage part of project agent construction by the overview of Red Bean Villa project.Based on actual live case in Guli,we also aim to provide improvement advices to current construction mode by laying emphasis on cost control.It is summarized allachievements and innovation points in the end of the article,together with problems and disadvantages found during the investigation process.
