Intelligent power consumption management network design of community based on PFTTH cell involves multiple aspects and its content covers electricity information collection, distribution automation, electric car charging pile, smart home and so on. Communication network is the basis of the intelligent use of electricity community.Although many companies and research institutes have done research and practice in related fields, but it has not formed a standard set of solutions on the network side so far.By analyzing the development situations of domestic and foreign intelligent power consumption, this paper presents the intelligent electrical system architecture conforming to the situation in China basing on its construction practice of smart grid. The practical application of key supporting technologies of PFTTH and EPON in intelligent electricity get analyzed and discussed. Meanwhile, the EPON system get introduced in detail, as well as EPON facilities such as Optical Line Terminal, Optical Network Unit and Optical Distribution Network. Some key basic technologies of EPON system get expounded, including the ranging technology, bandwidth allocation algorithm and network optimization model. A detailed explanation on the network architecture of EPON system is made, consists of network architecture, PFTTH network architecture and intelligent home equipment. Finally, the construction scheme for intelligent community and intelligent electrical building is given out. At the end, the social and economic benefits of intelligent power consumption get analyzed, and the construction direction of intelligent electric community and intelligent electrical building in the future is pointed out.
