Application Of Solar Technology In Integrated Design Of High-rise Office And Commercial Complex

There is an energy crisis in the 21 st Century, however, more and more high-rise public buildings still appear, they are huge and the users are of a large number, it is sure that they will waste increasingly energy. As high-rise office commercial complexes are representatives of modern building development, considering their design process and comprehensive solar-utilization meanwhile is vital. In the paper, architects can achieve “unity of technology and art” in design of high-rise complex.The paper first makes expansion of the concept of solar integrated design, which includes both use of passive strategies and active system. Later describes the basic design principles of high-rise complex, including the functional characteristics, the basic space characteristic and the facade features.Then studies the passive strategies of solar technology integrated design. It is mainly divided into two levels:Site layout and single building. After that puts forward the active system integrated strategies, including different functions, interfaces and facade features of high rise complex.At last selects a project to make solar technology integrated design. Firstly, do passive analysis and design of the site layout and the building, then design solar thermal and photovoltaic system. Thus, giving references for the application of solar technology integrated design in high rise office commercial complex.
