Water is a necessary condition for human development and survival,our urban construction are arranged more along the coast, rivers and lakes. The particularity of city location causes the city facing the threat of flooding, so the urban flood control is very important in the security of city. In recent years, heat island effect becomes more and more serious, resulting in a significant increase in rainfall, and the changes of urban ground surface accelerates confluence, which results in the increasing of peak flow, Meanwhile, climatic conditions become more and more serious, extreme weather conditions occur frequently, urban flood control is more severe. At the same time, with the economic development and social progress, people's concept of flood control gradually changes from traditional water conservancy to modern one, urban flood control is gradually changing more diversity to combine the ecological environment and coordinate with city construction planning.In view of the problem that the city flood control and urban waterfront landscape is contradictory,this paper designs and develops a new type of hanging steel plate active flood embankment, it can meet the requirements of urban landscape under the condition of ensuring safety of flood control. At the same time this article introduces the structure scheme and operation management plan in detail.This article has carried on the static analysis of new flood embankment by building finite element model in three-dimensional finite element software, simulating the work performance under the check flood stage,design flood level, normal water level, completion condition. At the same time this article analyses the stress and displacement results of hanging flood embankment, which illustrates its theoretical rationality and provides theoretical basis for using hanging steel plate active flood embankment in actual project.This article has carried on the model analysis by utilizing modal analysis module in three-dimensional finite element software, taking into account the impact of attached water quality,this article analyses the dry modal and wet model of hanging steel plate active flood embankment, which solves natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure under dry and wet modal. Meanwhile, this article indicates its vibration frequency range.Combining the Airy wave theory, this article simulates the structural dynamic response under the check flood stage and design flood level by utilizing transient analysis module in three-dimensional finite element software, summarizes and analyses the structure of displacement and stress response process lines.Summarily, this paper puts forward a new type of hanging steel plate active flood embankment, it can not only meet the requirements of flood control, but also coordinate with urban landscape, at the same time it simulates the working performance of the structure by using the method of numerical analysis,which illustrates its theoretical rationality and has great guidance significance to practical engineering.
