Nowadays structure with conversion layer is one of the most popular construction forms,and that make us achieve multiple building functions. In this case, it not only makes construction more practical, but at the same time, due to the complex relation between conversion layer and vertical component discontinue, it increases building complexity.Thus, when it comes to high-rise building stability, seismic performance is one of the most concerned points to me, and it is the reason that made me wonder what extent of contracture damages will be made by using conversion layer. Therefore, basing on my suspicion, my research started on following two parts.Firstly, I will explicitly introduce three major types of conversion structures, which will be beam-transfer structure, slabs-transfer structure, and truss-transfer structure. Among those three structures, Slab CAD and ANSYS analysis software were been used to analyst slabs-transfer structure.Secondly, in order to find out some potential conversion layer weakness, three different models were established to compare each other. Among those three different models, elastic analysis and Push-over analysis, Dynamic elastoplastic analysis were used to analyst the same construction. Especially I used PKPM and YJK analysis software to dig into elastic analysis,and Midas Building analysis software to static elastoplastic analysis and Dynamic elastoplastic analysis.At last but not least, I hope my paper can bring some helps to current construction building methods.
