With the needs of the people becoming larger and the development of science technology, transition layer of high rise building structure has been widely used in lots of situation. Theconversion layer’s components have diversified forms. Truss transfer structure’s forcetransmission route is much clearly. Furthermore, it can make full use of space and savematerial. But the practical application, the construction of it is relatively complex. Theconversion truss structure is less used .Many designer is not familiar with truss transferstructure; therefore, researching truss transfer structure design is important and significant. This thesis takes one project as an example and analyses truss transfer’s structure stressperformance and compares different scheme conversion structure. The example’ssuperstructure is shear wall structure. In the lower space of it, the conversion beam can beseem as a component for high-rise buildings. This thesis analyzes the stress characteristic oftransfer beam structure. At the same time we will separate the conversion structure into thetwo different truss structures which will be analyzed and calculated the mechanical properties. In this thesis, three different kinds of conversion layer structure of high-rise buildingshave been analyzed and have built model by PKPM software. Three kinds of differentstructure models have been analyzed in the situation of vertical loads wind loads and seismicloads. Comparing the analysis results, changing different conversion components does notmake much influence. While the main affection is in the transfer floor. Having analysed thedifferent structure model, we have summarized up the mechanical characteristics of different structures, and have selected suitable conversion components. At the same time, we have putforward some advices to the structure design.
