Study On Analysis And Design Of Structure Transfer Story In Zhenhua Mansion

In recent years, more and more high-rising buildings have developed home and abroad. It is necessary to carry on abnormal design, that is to disposal transfer floor structure where vertical structure changes. Upside smaller room and downside larger room to stagger axes of high-rising buildings. Or upside shear-wall and downside frame to meet difference of structure systems. Thus, high-rising building's function can be implement completely.With the design example of ZhenHua mansion, the paper proposals that high-rising buildings should be analyzed as a whole, and transfer floor structure should be anslyzed as a three dimension model in it. Some proposals on designing details for transfer structure are present in this paper. The paper brings forward an effective method to design transfer floor structure. With convenient application, it can be used coincidently with high-rising buildings in fact. According to these foregoing analysis and studies, we have given the mechanic performance of the structure comprehensively and objectively. The rationality and the reliability of the structure are pointed out. Thereby, the basis and suggestion for the structural design and construction are provided.
