Green building has no controversial advantages in energy saving, land saving, water saving, section material, environmental protection and so on, and is the trend of building development. Its significance is not only limited to energy-saving emission reduction, but also pay attention to reduce indoor pollution, and improve living conditions, health and safety and other factors. Green building has become the trend of world architecture development. The realization of green building is based on the application of technology, and the application of green building technology is closely related to the economic, social and environmental factors. Then on the application of green building technology classification, research on the selection of green building technology under the premise of the economic and other factors, and put forward the application of green building technology method system, and put forward their own views according to different requirements of building how to use technology to achieve the goal of green building, so as to achieve the purpose of guiding practice.This paper taking a residential district Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city as an example, analysis and conceives the application scheme of green building technology before the construction, and opens practical application in the construction process, through the evaluation and acceptance to the intended purpose of the green building, and give solutions to the problems. The application of green building integrated technology is mature. Many innovative technologies are first applied to residential construction in Tianjin, and have good promotion value.
