With the rapid growth of vehicle population,the shortage of resources and environmental pollution caused by traditional automobile is becoming more and more serious.Because of its unique advantages in energy saving and environmental protection,electric vehicle will replace traditional automobile in the future to become the main transportation means of daily life.The state and government also formulate and promulgate a series of policies to accelerate the development of electric vehicle industry.Electric motor is the power source of electric vehicle and its control technology is one of the key technologies for electric vehicle.Therefore,the study on the motor control technology has become a hot spot in the research of electric vehicle.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which currently becomes the most promising type of motor vehicle,is provided with the advantages of wide speed range,high torque density,high efficiency,and can meet the requirements of the electric vehicle power system.Based on the physical model of PMSM and the electromagnetic relationship,the mathematical modeling of PMSM into varied coordinates is established.This paper gives an analysis of the operating characteristics and the vector control strategy of PMSM.The simulation model of PMSM control system constructed by the space vector pulse width modulation technology on SIMULINK platform has verified the control performance of the vector control strategy.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the experiment in this paper selects TMS320F2812 of TI company as the core control chip of the motor controller according to the control requirements of motor control system,devises the main hardware controler of the motor,incorporating a minimize system of DSP,current voltage regulation circuit,power drive circuit,rotor speed position detection circuit,protection circuit and builds the hardware platform for motor control.In the light of the analysis and simulation of the vector control strategy of PMSM control system,motor control program is completed by the application of CCS3.3 embedded software.The experiment implements SVPWM modulation and vector control in DSP,and accomplishes the related software and hardware testing on the motor control platform.Through the analysis and testing of the whole system,the experiment indicates the controller can satisfy the control requirements of the motor,and the control system has good control performance.
