Research On The Living Space Design For Elderly Based On Visual Experience

Due to the long term population policy and various historical reasons,our country is now facing the grim situation of the rapid development of the aging population.Special points in the planning of 13 th Five-Year:China is now implemented by home care based on community service as support,supplemented by the aged in old age service.Therefore,home care is a kind of universal pension in the mode of living,put forward higher demand for the environment quality of the elderly living space.In this paper,we hope that through the study of the visual characteristics of the elderly combined with the behavior characteristics of the elderly,deep exploration of the visual experience design in the living space of the elderly,let people pay more attention to the special needs of the elderly population,so as to optimize the living environment of the elderly,let the elderly can live in a comfortable environment.This research is based on the theory of visual physiology,environmental psychology and gerontology theory,through the collection of domestic and international home care related literature and field research,study on the function and the whole combination of the elderly living space layout,To sum up the behavioral and visual needs of the elderly in the living space,In the old residential space in the visual experience of design principles and design methods are summarized,put forward specific guidance method.The elderly living space in the visual experience of design principles and design methods are summarized,put forward specific guidance method.This research mainly divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction,mainly from the selected topic background,domestic and foreign research present situation and the case analysis,clear the elderly living space visual experience of the research purpose,meaning and innovation point.The second chapter is a visual experience,start from the definition of visual experience,to analyze the visual physiological and psychological characteristics of old people and influence factors of the elderly living space visual experience.The third chapter is a visual experience behavior space,through the survey of the old man daily behavior,the special demand for the old people living environment to explorer,focusing on residential space in the light,color,quality,form combining with experiment to do in-depth research.The fourth chapter is the method of visual experience,through the visual experience in the elderly living space design,on the basis of the function of living space,put forward design principle of different space visual design.The fifth chapter is to design practice,with the examples of urban elderly residential space renovation project through visual experience theory and summarized in this paper.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook.
