Research On The Optimization Of Urban Subway Construction Plan Based On Multi-planning Integrated

Rapid advance of urban rail transit construction,the urban rail transit construction put forward higher request.Urban rail transit as an important part of urban public transportation has a pivotal role on urban construction and development,at the same time,the orbit transportation construction field,breadth of huge investment,construction cycle,and engineering is difficult.Now orbit to meet the requirements of railway construction itself only the objective requirement of the construction planning and urban comprehensive development,the contradiction between emerging is an urgent need to overall planning,in the process of preliminary planning study by rules and more,to strengthen the construction of urban subway planning optimization research.In this paper on the basis of existing research results at home and abroad for reference,using the principle of traffic planning,guided by the system of thought,pay attention to the theory with practice,continue to optimize the research of urban rail transit construction planning.On the basis of reading lots of literature at home and abroad,analysis on the current situation of the development of rail transit at home and abroad,the status quo and existing problems of rail transit construction planning.Second,the relevant study on the urban rail transit construction planning system,from the working train of thought,technical route,research contents and relevant policies and regulations require analysis of the rail transit planning thoughts and the content of work,understand the orbit transportation construction project approval process,analyzes the traditional orbit transportation construction programming method and measures,analysis of the main problems in the orbit transportation construction programming,puts forward some ideas of rail transit in public management theory and the joining together of multiple rules.Clear the gauge one more study to metro lines,site,city planning,transportation planning and land development as the main optimization content,in the third phase of Chengdu metro line 3 as an example to introduce the basic situation,analyzes the existing problems,and by applying the methods of the many rules and proposes the metro line 3 of the three phase of the planning optimization scheme and public management measures.This article research the optimization of urban rail construction planning in our country has a certain guiding role.
