Design And Implementation Of Remote Heat Metering System Based On GPRS

In recent years, central heating has become an effective measure to promote energy saving and environmental protection, and has been widely used in the northern part of China. In order to improve the heating efficiency, the heating metering mode is gradually transformed from the original construction area and the heating price to the rigid calculation mode, which is based on the actual quantity of heat consumption.Currently existing heat metering system mostly adopts manual control or computer close monitoring, a waste of manpower; on the other hand in the hidden dangers of accidents, operators are difficult to discover in time, easy to cause the accident of the equipment and lead to stop warming.In this paper, a remote heat metering system bases on GPRS is designed and implemented; the staff can carry out many functions on this platform such as copying data from terminal, terminal hardware management, the network monitoring and station energy consumption monitoring etc.The whole system could be divided into two parts: high load of the data center and the corresponding web service management system, the data center using the IOCP communications model, on delphi2010 development, is mainly responsible for communication with the hardware terminal, sending and receiving from web management related instructions. And the web business system is developed based on the Boottrap, jQuery, ThinkPHP, redis and MySQL etc.At present, the system has been extended to Beijing, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang and other places, to prove the availability and stability of the system.
